Release shoulder tension

Relief from the modern human habitual hunch

Send your awareness to the space between your ears and ridge line of your shoulders. Is there room to relax your shoulders down and back?

Chances are, before you noticed, your shoulders were rounded forward. This hunch —which is the modern human’s habitual posture— causes tension in the neck and upper shoulders. Stress exacerbates the hunch, so in periods of extra busyness, it’s extra beneficial to:

a) be more aware of your posture, and
b) release tension through gentle self-massage

Join me at the top of the page for a short shoulder massage. You might be surprised at how tight your shoulders are and how much better you feel after a minute of self care.

If stress is impacting your ability to sleep well, stress is hurting your health.

I help busy people build stress resilience in just ten minutes a day. Stress resilience means better health, more ease, higher productivity and creativity at work, more quality time at home, and vibrant, steady energy through the day. Developing stress resilience is increasing your quality of life.

If you’d like to build stress resilience and live better in 2024, now’s the perfect time to look into a 1:1 Well All Day program.
