I don’t know a modern human who doesn’t have tight neck muscles.
When we type, drive, and use our phones, tension builds up in the very complex family of muscles that supports our cervical spine and head.
That’s why tiny, gentle neck stretches are one of my favorite things to incorporate into the day. My neck is nearly always tight, so the stretch always feels good. Also, afterwards, I feel more relaxed and at ease.
